Article 125
If a lower storey belongs to one person and an upper storey to 3omeone else, each of the owners can make normal use of his own special part, but as regards the ceiling between the two storey, each of the owners can use the floor or ceiling of this own special part only in such normal ways as not to interfere with the rights of the other.
