Commercial books are not considered as evidence in the following cases: 1 - If it is proved that new sheets have been entered into the books or that the book has erasure (s). 2 - When an irregularity or disorder is discovered in the book, being in the interest of the owner of the book. 3 - If the invalidity of the book has been formerly established in the court, for some reason.
