Article 157

If two pieces of land on both sides of stream are also situated opposite each other and the right of property of one over the other is not established, and both owners wish to draw water at the same time, and the water is not enough for both, they must draw lots in drawing water in proportion to their shares, and if the water is enough for both, they will divide it in proportion to their shares.
