Article 33
Products and crops which have come out of the ground are the property of the owner of the land, whether their growth is natural or the result of the ownerâs operations, unless the product or crop has sprung from the roots or seeds of another party. if this is the case the trees or crops shall be the property of the owner of the roots or seeds, even if they have been sown without the approval of the owner of the land
