Article 379
if the buyer undertakes to give security or a pledge for the consideration and fails to carry out this obligation, the seller will have the right to cancel the contract .If the seller undertakes to introduce a guarantor in connection with any conceivable claim in respect of the title of the object of sale and fails to fulfill it, then the buyer shall have the right to terminate contract.
