Article 82
In all cases in which the donor has made special arrangements of the estate, the administrator shall carry out these arrangements, and if no arrangement are laid down, he shall act with regard to repairs, leases and the collection of profits and their division among the beneficiaries and the maintenance of the property and so on, like a trustworthy agent.
